1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Access to and use of this website at http://www.willworkforfood.org/ (the "Website") is provided by Will Work For Food, subject to the following terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms").

1.2 By using or accessing this Website you agree to be legally bound by these Terms which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this Website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of these Terms please do not access and/or use this Website.

1.3 Will Work For Food may add to or change these Terms at any time by posting changes on-line. Please review these Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes which are made. Your continued use of this Website after changes are posted means that you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended.

1.4 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within or through the Website.

2. FUNDRAISING

Will Work For Food has an obligation to use 100% of the funds raised from any event registered or sponsored on the Website to aid malnourished children in Darfur.  You agree to ensure that 100% of the funds raised by any event you register or sponsor on the Website shall be paid to Will Work For Food.

3. COPYRIGHT AND DATABASE RIGHT

3.1 Will Work For Food or other third parties own the copyright, database right and any other rights in all material on the Website (including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics and software).

3.2 Subject to these Terms, you may view, download, store and print any part of the Website intended for public viewing for your own personal non-commercial use. You may not use the Website or any material contained on the Website for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise. You may not, in any form or by any means including, but not limited to, by electronic, mechanical, microcopying, photocopying or recording, copy, adapt, modify, edit, republish, sell, license, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish or process the Website or any part of the Website without Will Work For Food's (and/or other relevant third party's) prior written consent. If you download, store or print any of the contents of the Website for your own personal non-commercial use, you must ensure that all notices which appear on any webpage or document are included in the copy or printout.

3.3 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 3.2 you may not except where expressly stated otherwise reproduce or store any part of the Website in any other website or include it in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the prior written permission of Will Work For Food (and/or of any other relevant third party if applicable).

3.4 No documents or related graphics on the Website are to be modified in any way. Graphics (including logos) are not to be used separately from the accompanying text.

Will Work For Food may in its absolute discretion edit, amend or remove any information, material or content on the Website at any time without notice, unless this is prohibited by law.

5.2 Whilst Will Work For Food seeks to provide accurate information on the Website, Will Work For Food neither makes nor gives any representations or warranties, express or implied, save as are required by law, about the Website or any material, graphics, information or hypertext links on the Website, including as to, but not limited to, accuracy, completeness, legality, satisfactory quality, fitness or suitability for a particular purpose, functionality, reliability, availability, legibility, compatibility, security, non-infringement, speed of download or access, or timeliness.

Will Work For Food may in its absolute discretion modify or discontinue all or any part of, or facility provided by, the Website.

This may include the name and email to Repair the World, a funder of Will Work For Food. Repair the World will not sell or share this information for fundraising or any other purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that the location of our offices may change from time to time and that Will Work For Food may acquire other offices in any number of other countries or territories at any time, any one or more of which may act as a controller of and/or process your information. 9.5 You acknowledge and agree that we may from time to time transfer any of your contact details and/or application data overseas to any office of Will Work For Food or of any of our affiliates, agents or appointed representatives.
