Money raised: $325

I am a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in English and Political Science. I was motivated to get involved with WILL WORK FOR FOOD because I was inspired by the "double good" aspect of the project. WILL WORK FOR FOOD has the unique ability to raise money to cut malnutrition rates in Darfur while also engaging students in local community service. In this way we can build our own communities while still staying connected to the world and fulfill our responsibility as global citizens. I am excited to be a member of the WILL WORK FOR FOOD team and I look forward to our future growth and the great things to come.
