I am senior at the University of Arizona and I will be graduating this may in the field of dietetics. I am really passionate about helping young children who are in need, especially those young children who are malnourished that might not have the means to receive proper nutrition. My future goals are to travel over seas to help out children that might be marrasmic or have Kwoshorikor. I feel these two problems are very extreme in young children today in other countries and I hope to one day be apart of the cause to help make these children healthy. Working for food, I feel, is a wonderful program that provides the nutrition needed by many people around the world. I am confident that it would be a great experience and it will help me grow as a nutrition professional.
