Participant Bio

I was born and raised in Boone NC (where ASU is located), when it came to that big decision of where should I go to pursue higher education - Appalachian State University was calling my name! I fell in love with the mountains, but more specifically the good people of the mountains.
That's why I WORK FOR FOOD because my passion for my home (ASU) blends with my passion to help all those in need, locally or globally.
