Participant Bio

I WORK FOR FOOD to help my community as a prepare to leave school. I'm currently a senior at the University of Michigan graduating in May with a degree in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Science and pursuing medical school next fall. I first became involved with WILL WORK FOR FOOD this year through my friend and teammate Steve Weinberg, and my responsibilities include helping coordinate special events on UofM campus.

In addition to WILL WORK FOR FOOD I spend time volunteering at St Joseph hospital in Ann Arbor, as well as yearly efforts in Relay for Life, Dance Marathon, and continuing philanthropy through my fraternity. I'm inspired to WORK FOR FOOD because it is a program that not only inspires change and improves lives now, but offers a system that will continue in Ann Arbor when I'm gone and follow me wherever I go.
